FT4web certificate update issue
Resolved - Overnight we applied a security certificate update that caused FT4web to fail for some users, including lockups after a data download.

We have reverted that certificate change. If FT4web is still stuck, restart your computer and launch it again. Service should be back to normal after that.

Stocks Data Update
Resolved - We experienced an issue with the Sept 3 stocks data update and rebuilt the stocks database. Stocks data was unavailable during the rebuild (about 7:05–7:20pm Eastern). The database was rebuilt and all stocks data was restored and updating normally. Source: help.fasttrack.net system status blog.
